Reports Say Nigeria's antigraft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has detained a  former Minister in the government of Muhammadu Buhari. The Academic Staff union of polytechnics (ASUP), says it rejects any sinister motive by the federal Ministry of finance to reintroduce  through the backdoor a 50% deduction from polytechnics internally generated revenue.
