Buhari@81: Lalong Celebrates Former Nigerian President

The Minister of Labour and Employment Simon Bako Lalong has extended warm felicitations to former President Muhammadu Buhari on his 81st birthday, describing him as a patriotic Nigerian who continues to inspire the younger generation. 

In a statement signed by Dr. Makut Simon Macham 

Special Adviser (Media) to the Honourable Minister of Labour and Employment, Lalong in a congratulatory message said the former President Buhari has done a lot to promote the ideals of unity, peace and prosperity for all Nigerians over the years.

He commended the former President for constantly thinking of the public good throughout his military career and political life.

The former Plateau State Governorn and Senator-elect recalled the support and cooperation he received from the former President towards addressing insecurity and other challenges in Plateau State and the Northern region when he was Chairman of the Northern Governors Forum. 

While wishing him many more years of good health, peace and divine protection, Lalong asked President Buhari to continue to offer his vast experience and wisdom to governments at all levels for national development.
